Our premium Usk Vale Free-Range Bronze Turkeys are traditionally reared in the Monmouthshire countryside, where they are given the freedom to roam and forage on pasture.

Slow rearing, traditional husbandry and British provenance make these a distinctive choice for flavour, texture and eating quality. Each bird is individually boxed by Usk Vale.

Three generations of the Davis family are involved in Usk Vale. Their British poultry is traceable back to the original egg farm, with locally milled feed and a long-standing relationship with independent butchers.
