Cooking guidance

Cook over moderate heat, turning regularly, until fully cooked through. Check the centre reaches 70°C for 2 minutes or 75°C for 30 seconds where thorough cooking is required.

Storage

Keep chilled at 0–5°C and follow the pack’s use-by date. Store raw meat sealed on the bottom shelf, separate from ready-to-eat food. Freeze only where the label permits; defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours of full defrosting.
