Cured and cold-smoked by our team at Sunnybank Mills in Farsley, West Yorkshire. Our award-winning salmon brings together a rich, buttery texture and gentle smoke, with the flavour of the fish at the heart of every slice.

This is salmon from a working local smokery, made by people who know their craft. Serve simply with lemon and good bread, fold through softly scrambled eggs on Christmas morning, or make it the centre of a sharing board.
