Hot Smoked Salmon

Smoked and cooked by our team at Sunnybank Mills in Farsley, this award-winning salmon has a rich smoky flavour and tender, generous flakes. A different texture from our cold-smoked salmon, with plenty of character of its own.

Bring a side to the Christmas table, flake it onto warm potatoes, or serve with a sharp dressing and a crisp salad. Just as welcome at a Christmas Eve supper as it is on the Boxing Day board.

Available as a full side (approximately 1–1.2kg) or half side (approximately 500–600g).
