The Smoked Ham went down a treat in our house, bothof us are partial to a nice bit of "proper" ham and also quite liked smoked products, so, this was the best of both worlds. A really nice "smoke" meant a very tasty smoked ham, one of the best we have tasted. Highly reccomended.

Having eaten Brisket for many years (60+) tasting smoked brisket was a pleasant surprise, a truly unique taste exprience. Highly reccomended.

Very good brisket and suggest you leave more fat on it if possible? Your bacon is outstanding! Having worked at Sunny Mills for 10 years on Heartbeat I would be super keen to visit. Do you have access to the whole mill?

The cold smoked salmon was some of the best I have tasted!
The only problem is I may never bother smoking my own again!

This was for an event with a number of people and the flexibility of having this available for when we required was fantastic, it was really tasty and a great dinner for all.

This was so easy to heat up at home. Very generous portion sizes, we had leftovers.

All of the cuts were delicious, the brisket is so succulent and smoky.

Highly recommend this platter. It won’t disappoint.

Oh my where do I start? This was our end-of-week / Valentines Day treat and was amazing. From the smoked meats and fish to the smoked mac and cheese, and the insane dessert. Yes, we ate it all, and we do not regret a thing. And we'd do it all again. It really is worth it. Well done FFS!

The recipients of the Deli and Meat platters were absolutely delighted with them, everyone had a favourite thing but the whole family enjoyed an easy to prepare meal that arrived with perfect timing. They messaged to say how lovely everything was and whilst the children’s favourite was the Mac and cheese, everything was great.
